Being environmentally aware and supporting sustainability programs are no longer "nice to haves" in today's business climate - they're essential. Companies that do not publicly commit to sustainable efforts risk their abilities to attract new customers, support the growing needs of existing customers, and recruit and retain top talent.

Join Caley Clinton, Manager of Corporate Communications at Milwaukee-based global heavy manufacturer Komatsu, to learn how to enhance your company's focus on sustainability in ways that are both strategic and realistic. Also learn how to solicit top-down and bottom-up buy-in for environmental efforts, and how to convince leadership of the essential nature of a sustainable focus for your brand. Caley will highlight the benefits fo finding a "signature initiative" for your company that aligns to your core business as well as customer and employee needs. She will also share highlights of Komatsu's sustainability journey - including how the company is leveraging reforestation partnerships globally to strengthen its brand message.
